No Trends Retailer, distributor, reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification,
extension or addition to this warranty.
How State Law Applies: This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other
rights which vary depending on the jurisdiction.
Replacement Terms: If a defect in materials and workmanship arises and a valid claim is received
within the applicable warranty period a full refund or replacement will be issued. Shipping and handling
charges of $5 may apply except where prohibited by applicable law.
Exclusions and Limitations: Except as expressly set forth in this warranty, Trends, in so far as
permitted by law, provides their products “as is”. Trends is not responsible for damage arising from
failure to follow instructions relating to use of the product.
Unauthorized Retailers & Counterfeits: Trends products have become a target for counterfeit
manufacturers. While not always easy to detect, these products are made with inferior and potentially
dangerous materials. Trends takes this issue very seriously and is working to remove fake Trends
products from the market.
Amazon.com LLC, Trends International LLC and Crenstone are the only Trends authorized Amazon.com
retailers. All other “Third-Party Marketplace” sellers are not authorized by Trends to sell Trends products
on Amazon.com (even when the sale is fulfilled by Amazon). “Third-Party Marketplace” sellers are not
covered under this warranty.
To be confident that you are always buying authentic Trends products, we urge you to buy from an
authorized retailer. We suggest confirming that Amazon.com LLC, Trends International LLC or
Crenstone is the actual seller when shopping on Amazon.com.
