Amazon.com Limited Warranty

Here at Trends International, LLC (“Trends”), we take great pride in the quality of each and every item

we produce. We are committed to providing our Amazon.com customers high quality and genuine Trends

products through our authorized Amazon.com retailers (Amazon.com LLC, Trends Posters). We stand

behind that by offering a 30-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for products

purchased from our authorized retailers on Amazon.com.

This warranty is non-transferrable and only applies to the original purchaser. All refunds and exchanges

are issued at the discretion of Trends.

This limited warranty does not cover:

 Damages caused by normal wear and tear

 Defects resulting from alteration of the product

 Defects resulting from improper use, including any use or care not in accordance with the product

instructions

 Defects resulting from improper storage

 Products that are re-sold, given away, or in any other case where you are not the first and original

owner

 Products without receipt or proof of purchase from Amazon.com

 Products purchased outside of North America

 Products that are not purchased in “new” condition through an authorized Amazon.com retailer

(Amazon.com LLC, Trends International or Crenstone)

Limitation of Remedies: Your remedies under this limited warranty are limited to a full-refund or

replacement of the product. In no event will Trends or any of its retailers, Retailers, distributors or

resellers be liable for incidental, indirect or consequential damages relating to the product or its use. Some

jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above

limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH

HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS,

REPRESENTATIONS, OR WARRANTIES. TRENDS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY STATUTORY

OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,

WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE,

NONINFRINGEMENT, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, NON-INTERFERENCE, OR ACCURACY, OR

ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR TRADE PRACTICE, TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED

BY APPLICABLE LAW.

To the extent an implied warranty cannot be excluded, such warranty is limited in duration to the period

set forth above. No warranties, whether express or implied, will apply after the expiration of the

applicable warranty period. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts,

so this limitation may not apply to you.

How State Law Applies: This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary depending on the jurisdiction. Replacement Terms: If a defect in materials and workmanship arises and a valid claim is received within the applicable warranty period a full refund or replacement will be issued.
