Part Identification å While not all parts are labeled, some of the parts will have a label or an inked letter on the edge to help distinguish similar parts from each other. Use this part identification to help identify similar parts.

It means a video assembly tip is available Step 1 å Assemble your unit on a carpeted floor or on the empty carton to avoid scratching your unit or the floor. å To begin assembly, push a TWIST-LOCK® FASTENER (Q) into the large holes in the ENDS (A and B) and BOTTOM (D). Do not tighten the TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS in this step.
Step 2 å Push nine HIDDEN CAMS (1F) into the ENDS (A and B), SMALL BACK (F), and LEGS (J, K, and L). Then, insert the metal end of a CAM DOWEL (2F) into the HIDDEN CAMS in the SMALL BACK (F) and LEGS (J, K, and L). Do not tighten the HIDDEN CAMS in this step. Arrow L L K J 1F Arrow B 1F Arrow A Do not insert CAM DOWELS into these parts. F Insert the metal end of the CAM DOWEL into the HIDDEN CAM.
Step 3 å Turn four CAM SCREWS (8F) into the FRONT LEGS (J and K).
Step 4 å Fasten a CORNER ACCENT (Y) to each FRONT LEG (J and K). Use two SILVER 1/2" MACHINE SCREWS (KK). å Fasten the ENDS (A and B) to the FRONT LEGS (J and K). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS.
Step 5 å Fasten the BOTTOM (D) to the ENDS (A and B). Tighten four TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. å Fasten the SHELF (E) to the ENDS (A and B). Tighten four TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. How to use the TWIST-LOCK® FASTENER 1. Insert the dowel end of the FASTENER into the hole of the adjoining part. NOTE: The dowel end of the FASTENER must remain fully inserted in the hole of the adjoining part while locking the FASTENER. 2. Tighten the FASTENER with a Phillips screwdriver as tight as possible.
Step 6 å Turn eight BLACK 9/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (II) into the ENDS (A and B) until the shoulder of the SCREWS rest on the surface of the ENDS. å Line up the groove in the MOLDINGS over the head of the SCREWS in the ENDS. Slide the END MOLDINGS (N and O) onto the ENDS (A and B). Apply pressure with your hands as you guide the MOLDINGS over the SCREWS and onto the ENDS. N The LOWER END MOLDINGS (O) are wider than the UPPER END MOLDINGS (N).
Step 7 å Fasten the REAR LEGS (L) to the ENDS (A and B). Use four BLACK 2-1/4" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (FF). å Fasten the SMALL BACK (F) to the SHELF (E). Use two BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (GG). FF BLACK 2-1/4" FLAT HEAD SCREW (4 used in this step) L Small holes must face up.
Step 8 å å Position the BACK (G) over your unit. å å Fasten the BACK (G) to your unit using the NAILS (LL). å å Turn two CORD CLIPS (X) into the SMALL BACK (F). Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. Make equal margins along the top and bottom edges of the BACK (G). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square". NOTE: Perforations have been provided for access through the BACK. Carefully cut out the holes needed.
Step 9 å å Carefully stand your unit upright. Fasten the TOP (C) to the LEGS (J, K, and L) and SMALL BACK (F). Tighten five HIDDEN CAMS. C Flat edge K L J F L Caution Risk of damage or injury. HIDDEN CAMS must be completely tightened. HIDDEN CAMS that are not completely tightened may loosen, and parts may separate.
Step 10 å å Carefully position your unit on the TOP (C). å Fasten the TOP MOLDINGS (M and P) to the TOP (C). Use six BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (HH) through the ANGLE BRACKETS and into the TOP MOLDINGS. å NOTE: There are no pre-drilled holes in the MOLDINGS. The SCREWS will tighten into the groove. å Using your hammer, gently tap a FOOT (Z) onto each LEG (J, K, and L). Fasten six ANGLE BRACKETS (V) to the TOP (C). Use six BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (HH).
Step 11 å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å Push the DOOR STOP (AA) into one of the holes in the SHELF (E). Follow the diagrams below to be sure you are using the correct hole location. å NOTE: The following steps show the DOOR on the right. The DOOR (H) can open from the left or right side. Refer to the diagrams below to determine your preference. - DOOR ON LEFT - - OPTION PAGE Do not fasten the door in this step.
Step 12 å Fasten two HINGES (U) to the DOOR (H). Use four BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (JJ).
Step 13 å Fasten the DOOR (H) to the RIGHT END (A) or LEFT END (B). Use the screws in the HINGES. å NOTE: You may need to loosen the mounting screw to slide the HINGE part way out of the slot. Retighten the mounting screw before fastening the HINGE to the END. å Fasten a PULL (CC) to the DOOR (H). Use two SILVER 1/2" MACHINE SCREWS (KK).
Step 14 å å å å Refer to the enlarged diagram to identify the parts on the HINGES. å To adjust the DOOR up and down (vertical), loosen both vertical adjustment screws. Move the DOOR up or down to the desired location. Tighten the screws after making adjustments. å To adjust the DOOR in or out (depth), loosen the mounting screw one turn and move the DOOR in or out, as needed. Tighten the mounting screw after making adjustments. The DOOR may need some adjustments.
Step 15 å Push the RUBBER SLEEVES (EE) over the METAL PINS (DD). Insert the METAL PINS into the hole locations of your choice in the ENDS (A and B). Set the ADJUSTABLE SHELF (I) onto the METAL PINS. å We recommend using the SAFETY BRACKET (W) for added stability. Use a BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (HH) into the top of the unit and a BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREW (GG) into a stud in your wall. å å å Push a CAM COVER (BB) onto each visible HIDDEN CAM.
