Start-Up Procedures
Error (Hard Lockout) Mode
If a system fault occurs while the boiler is run-
ning, the system goes into lockout and the dis-
play starts to flash with the first digit as an E
and the next two digits give the code for this
fault.

The boiler freeze protection feature is
disabled during a Hard Lockout, howev-
er the CH circulator will operate.
During a hard lockout or low water con-
dition the boiler will not re-start without
service. If the heating system is left unat-
tended in cold weather appropriate safe-
guards or alarms should be installed to
prevent property damage.
