THE GRILL OPERATION OF THE GRILLE To operate the grill turn the grill control clockwise from the 'O’ position. For grilling and toasting, the control should normally be turned to 5 for initial per-heating of 3 minutes and then adjusted as necessary. The per-heating may be increased to 8-12 minutes when flash grilling blue, rare or medium steaks.
THE OVEN USE OF THE OVEN L. The oven door should be opened by pulling the handle at the top right hand corner and closed by a gentle push. 2.
