WHEN THE OVEN IS FIRST INSTALLED Once the oven has been installed, it is important to remove the protective materials which were put on in the factory. Press button E for manual function. USING THE FAN OVEN The Fan Oven HINTS AND TIPS The air inside the oven is heated by the element around the fan situated behind the back panel. The fan draws air from the oven, the element heats the air which is circulated into the oven via the top, base and sides of the back panel. CARE OF CATALYTIC LINERS Catalytic liners destroy splashes of food and fats when the oven temperature is raised to around 220°C. To aid this process it is a good idea to run the oven for an hour or two per week, without food, to ensure continued good performance from the Catalytic liners. Hints and tips • Manual cleaning of the Catalytic liner is not recommended. Damage will occur if soap impregnated steel wool pads, aerosol cleaners and any other abrasives are used.
