Fresh and wholemeal breads take longer to toast, so these items will need to be set at a higher setting than lighter types of bread. Defrost Frozen sliced bread may be defrosted and toasted in one operation. Adjust the control to the preferred setting, press the DEFROST button and then press the carriage lever to switch on the toaster. The Frozen indicator will glow and the bread will toast as normal.
