Select PC (Windows/Linux) or MAC
by sliding the switch position
accordingly. The default setting is
PC.
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
PRODUCT FUNCTIONALITY
The USB Motion Sensor simply
connects to the USB port on the
computer or monitor.
No software installation or additional
programming is required (uses
existing driver software).
*Your computer may display a dialog
box recognizing the new product.
Simply press OK to proceed.

to any USB port on the computer

Press the button on the side of the
sensor momentarily to manually
activate sleep command.
To configure the countdown timer,
press and hold the button on the
sensor for 10 seconds. Release the
button once the red LED
illuminates.
Then, press the button:
- Once for 5 minutes
- Twice for 10 minutes
- Three times for 15 minutes (default)
- Four times for 20 minutes
- Five times for 25 minutes
- Six times for 30 minutes
The red LED will flash:
- Once for 5 minutes
- Twice for 10 minutes
- Three times for 15 minutes (default)
- Four times for 20 minutes
- Five times for 25 minutes
- Six times for 30 minutes

USB Motion Sensor (Two modes)
1. Sends a sleep command to the computer if no motion is detected (or)
2. Sends Wake-On command to computer when motion is detected

Your computer may display a
dialog box recognizing the new
product. To proceed, simply press
OK/Continue or close the dialog
box. The USB Motion Sensor is
now activated.
Select PC or MAC using the
selection switch located on the
back of the sensor.
Plug the USB connector into any
available USB port on the
computer or monitor.

Attach the sensor to the bottom
bezel of the monitor
using the
double-sided tape or mounting
bracket. The ideal sensing range
is 1 to 5 feet from the user.

Your keyboard cannot be identified and
will not be usable until it is identified. To
identify this keyboard click Continue.
If your keyboard is working properly
and you have an additional USB input
device connected to your computer
that is not a keyboard, you can skip this
step.

Assemble the USB Motion
Sensor bracket accordingly.
Mount the USB Motion Sensor
bracket to the rear of the monitor
using the adhesive pad. Ensure
that the USB Motion Sensor rests
flush with the bottom bezel of
monitor.
Adjust the angle of sensor for
optimal orientation and desired
sensing range using the
integrated ball joint and tighten
the nut.

Remove the cover located in the
center of the USB Motion Sensor.
Attach the bracket to the sensor
by sliding it into the connection
slot on the sensor (no tools
required).
Includes a highly-accurate motion
sensor that detects motion. There are
two modes:
1) Sleep if no motion detected and
2) Wake on if motion detected
The USB Motion Sensor is compatible
with Windows

/Linux

/Mac

operating systems.
The highly-accurate sensor detects
motion in the workspace area.
There are two modes:
1. Sleep mode
If no motion is detected, the
computer will be placed into sleep
mode. A dual-color LED (red and
blue) notification flashes for one
minute prior to initiating the sleep
command.
2. Wake-On-Motion mode
If motion detected, the computer will
wake from sleep status.
Note:
To set from Wake-On-Motion mode
to Sleep mode, press the button for
eight times. The red LED will flash
eight times.
To configure the Wake-On-Motion
mode settings. Press and hold the
button on the sensor for 10 seconds.
Release the button once the Red
LED illuminate.
Then, press the button eight times.
The magenta LED will flash eight
times.
