Putthetrapdoorbackintoplacebyfirstinsertingthetwolugs
locatedatthebottomofthetrapdoor.
Thenpushthedooragainstthereceivercaseandrotatethe
twoscrewsbackintheirinitialpositionstosealthebattery
compartment.
Turning the
Receiver On
PressthePowerkey[1]foracoupleofsecondsuntilyoufeel
avibrationinyourhand,thenreleasethekey .
Letthereceiverrunitsbootsequence.Waituntilthescreen
displaystheWindowsEmbeddedHandHeld
Homescreen.Atthisstage,youmaybeaskedtoinitializethe
receiver(screenalignment,etc.).Justfollowtheinstructions
onthescreentocompletethisstep.

Dependingonhowlongyourproductwasstoredinitspackage
beforebeingshippedtoyou,theremainingpowerinthebattery
maybetoolowtoallowthereceivertooperateforyourentire
workingsession.Forthisreason,thefirstthingtodoistocheck
thebatterycharge
status:
Taponthetitlebaratthetopofthescreen.TheQuickToolbar
appearsjustunderneath.
Tap on the Battery icon. This opens the Power window and
simultaneouslyclosestheQuickToolbar.
ThePowerwindowshowsthestatusofthebattery(seealso
Internal Battery on page 13) . If the remaining power is
greater than 50%, then you can use the receiver without
having to charge the battery first (with 50% of remaining
charge,youcanusethereceiverforseveralhours).
