Installing the screen protector
The Ranger 5 / TSC5 device is fitted with a chemically strengthened glass touchscreen which is highly
resistant to abrasion and impact damage. However to ensure maximum protection, it is
recommended that you use a Trimble-approved toughened glass Ranger 5 / TSC5 screen protector.
To install the screen protector:
1. Place the device on a clean, flat surface. Make sure your hands are clean.
2. Clean the touchscreen with the supplied alcohol wipe, damp cloth, or similar.
