4. To see the photos you’ve saved, tap the thumbnail image in the corner of the screen.
Changing camera settings
To change how photos or videos are being captured:
1. Tap the icon in the bottom right corner to select the mode you want to change settings for:
● Photo.
● Video
2. Do any of the following:
● Tap the Settings icon to access a list of settings specific to photo or video
capture.
● Tap the Front / Rear camera icon top center of the screen to switch between the
front and rear camera.
● Tap any of the options at the top of the screen to access other settings specific to the
active capture mode.
Tap the … icon. The capture mode icons display, and allow you to change basic capture modes:
1. Switch between the front and rear camera
2. Set a timer (3 seconds, 10 seconds, or Off)
3. Display a grid to help compose your images
4. Use the camera flash
Advanced camera settings
To access advanced camera settings, swipe from the left side of the device from the Camera app,
then tap the settings cog icon. Advanced settings allow you to change:
● Set Image and video resolution and quality
● Turn on or off Geotagging
● Turn on or off manual exposure control
Enable the Camera app to access your location to geo-tag photos
1. In the Camera app settings, tap the Settings icon .
2. In the Settings list, tap GPS location to toggle on/off as required.
3. To close the Settings list, tap anywhere on the screen off the list.
Viewing photos and videos
By default, your photos and videos are saved to the Photos and Gallery apps on the Ranger 5 /
TSC5; open these apps from the Apps screen.
There are several ways to look through your photos and videos:
● Camera app: From within the Camera app, tap on an image thumbnail, or swipe from the
right of the screen to view saved photos and videos.
○ tap the thumbnail in the bottom right corner of the screen to open the Photos app
and then do any of the following:
○ select See all photos
