3.6.12 SIO (Set Output)
This command sets the states of the general purpose digital outputs.
Internal function: The state of the output line specified by the type parameter is set according to the
value passed to this command.
Related commands: GIO.
Mnemonic: SIO <port number>, <bank number>, <value>
