PARTS LIST Your TRINITY 72” Wood Top Work Table should include the following parts. Please inspect box contents to ensure you have received all components. If you are missing any parts, need assistance with assembly or have questions, please contact TRINITY Customer Service: 800.985.5506 or customerservice@trinityii.com. Parts can also be requested online at our customer center at www.trinityii.com. For assembly you will also need a screwdriver. A drill with 13mm bit and Phillips bit is recommended.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1 Lay RIGHT (D) and LEFT (E) SIDE FRAMES on a flat smooth surface on the ground. Take ADJUSTABLE LEG (F) and orient insert nuts toward mounting holes on Side Frames. D (1) E (1) G Table height can be set between 34” and 40” height in 2” increments. Select desired height. Make sure this height adjustment allows for (2) LARGE BOLTS (G) to be inserted into each Table leg. Insert ADJUSABLE LEGS (F) into RIGHT (D) and LEFT (E) SIDE FRAME leg tube.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 3 Take RIGHT (D) and LEFT (E) SIDE FRAMES and orient parts as shown. G (8) H (8) For proper installation, please make sure screw holes of TOP CROSS BEAMS (B) and screw holes of RIGHT (D) and LEFT (E) SIDE FRAMES align with each other. Hand tighten (2) LARGE BOLTS (G) through (2) LARGE WASHERS (H) and TOP CROSS BEAM (B) onto RIGHT SIDE FRAME (D).
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 4 Take BOTTOM CROSS BEAM (C) and align it to RIGHT (D) and LEFT (E) SIDE FRAMES. Hand tighten LARGE BOLTS (G) through LARGE WASHERS (H) and BOTTOM CROSS BEAM (C) onto RIGHT (D) and LEFT (E) SIDE FRAMES. G G (4) H (4) I (20) J (20) Only hand tighten LARGE BOLTS (G). USAGE INSTRUCTIONS HEIGHT OPTION K (1) ADJUST HEIGHT 1. With Table upside down, remove LARGE BOLTS (G) and LARGE WASHERS (H) from Table legs. 2. Adjust to desired height. Make sure height adjustment allows for (2) LARGE BOLTS (G) to be inserted into each Table leg. Height adjusts from 34” to 40” in 2” increments”. 3.
