Read all safety information & instructions before installing the
Triple Clear Force Field Filter™.
• For first time installation and optimal performance, the replacement filter must
be installed with the custom hardware sold in the Triple Clear Force Field
Filter™ Under Sink Kit (TC-UC-10-BLUE-KIT).
• The Triple Clear Force Field Filter is intended for filtering potable water in
homes, commercial settings, or anywhere water quality is an issue. The filter
system is typically installed at the point of use (i.e. beneath a kitchen or
bathroom sink, wet bar, water dispenser or ice machine), and must be installed
according to these instructions.
• While typically installed on cold water supply, filter may also be installed on
hot water supply. Two filters are required to filter both cold and hot water.
• The filter should be installed vertically, with inlet and outlet at top, in a safe
location where it will not be struck or damaged by other items.
• Install in accordance with existing state or local plumbing codes. Ensure all
tubing and fittings are secure and free of leaks.
• Filter has been designed for a maximum flow rate of 2 gpm.
• Failure to follow instructions may void any expressed or implied warranties.
• Do not use with water that is not potable.
• Do not install in direct sunlight.
• Protect the filter from freezing. The structural integrity of the filter may be
compromised if it freezes.
• Filter is designed to be used at a maximum pressure of 110 psi. If water
pressure exceeds 110 psi, a pressure limiting device must be installed.
• Do not install if water hammer conditions are present. If so, a water hammer
arrester must be installed prior to filter installation.
• The maximum operating water temperature of this filter system is 160°F.

REPLACING THE FILTER
Replace your Triple Clear Force Field Filter every 12 months, or when there is a
noticeable loss of water pressure, whichever comes first. Our system contains a
mechanical fail safe, leaving nothing to chance, and lets you know when it’s time
to change your filter. Triple Clear’s Quick-Change Force Field Filters can be
replaced in less than one minute, with no mess and no tools.
1. Clear the space allowing for clear access to filter and mounting bracket.
2. Lay a towel down to catch any potential drips.
3. Open Mounting Bracket by turning the wing nut to the left and then rotate the
bracket open to the right. Remove used Triple Clear Force Field Filter.
4. Identify and disconnect the outlet by pressing the gray tab and gently
separating the connectors.
Note: The connectors have an integral check valve that will minimize leakage
during changeout.
5. Locate and disconnect the inlet by pressing the gray tab and gently
separating the connectors.

6. Locate and reconnect inlet by pressing it firmly into place until an audible
click is heard. Pull gently to confirm fitting is locked.
7. Locate and reconnect outlet by pressing it firmly into place until an audible
click is heard. Pull gently to confirm fitting is locked.
8. Place replacement filter into bracket and close securely, tightening the wing
nut to the right.
