5 Set the – 48 Vdc power source to ON.
6 Remove the protective cap from the IFU test connector.
7 Connect the IFU test cable to the test port of the near-end IFU.

8 Connect the BNC plug of the test cable to the BNC/banana interface
cable.
9 Connect the banana plug of the BNC/banana interface cable to the
multimeter (red plug to the volt terminal, black plug to the Common
terminal).

(4 amps operating peak per feed) direct current input.
