安全の手引き 警告 取扱説明書と安全の手引きを全てお読みになり十分に理解 してください 。説明書に書かれている警告や指示に従わず にこの製品を取り扱った場合、感電や火災あるいは重大な 事故を起こす危険があります。 どの取扱説明書も大切に保管してください。 下記のあらゆる警告の中で使われている「電動工具」という 用語は、電源を電気コンセントからとった(電気コードの付い た)電動工具または電池式の(電気コードのない)電動工具 を意味します。 1)作業場所の安全 a)作業場所は清潔に明るくしておきます 。雑然とした作業場 や薄暗い所は事故を招きます。 b)引火性の液体やガスや粉塵のある爆発性のガスが発生し ていそうな環境では、電動工具を使わないでください。電 動工具がスパークするとガスに点火する恐れがあります。 c)電動工具の使用中は、子供や見物人を近寄らせないでくだ さい。気が散ると手元が狂いがちになります。 2)電気の安全 a)電動工具のプラグは、コンセントに合うものを使ってくだ さい。どんな方法にせよ、プラグに手を加えないでくださ い。アースを要する電動工具にアダプタープラグを使わな いでください 改
作業場やその周辺にいる人全員が、それぞれ適切な保護具を 着用するようにしてください。 ブナ、オーク、マホガニー、チークなど、サンディング加工で 有毒な粉塵が生じる木材を加工する場合は、特別な注意が 必要です。有毒な粉塵が深刻な症状を引き起こす場合があり ます。 アスベスト(石綿)を含む材料の加工には絶対に使用しないで ください。加工材にアスベスト(石綿)が含まれているかどう かが不明確な場合は、専門家に相談してください。 高濃度のマグネシウムを含むマグネシウムや合金をサンディン グしないでください。 塗装や薬品処理された木材のサンディングには注意してく ださい。多くの場合、有毒あるいは有害な粉塵を発生させま す。1960年以前に建築された建物では、鉛系の塗料が使われ ている可能性が高いので、特に注意してください。 鉛系塗料で塗装された木材のサンディングで発生する粉塵 は、特に子供や妊娠している女性、高血圧の人に有害です。こ れらの人は、たとえ保護具を着用していたとしても作業場所に 近づかないようにしてください。 可能な場合はいつでも、粉塵や木屑をコントロールする吸引式 の集塵装置を使用してください。 木
サンディングベルトの取り付け 警告:サンダーの検査やメンテナンス、掃除をおこなう時は、必ずサン ダーのプラグを電源から抜いておこなってください。 1. ベルトテンションレバー(12) を持ち上げてベルトの張りを緩め、 ベ ルトを外してください。 2. 新しく取り付けるベルトの継ぎ目がしっかりと結合しており、端が 擦り切れていないことを確認してください。 警告:サンディングベルトが擦り切れていた り損傷したりしている場合は、 サンダーを使 用しないでください。 警告:同一のサンディングベルトを木材と 金属の両方に使用しないでください。金属 片がベルトに付着して木材の表面に傷を つけます。 3. 新しいベルトを取り付けます。 サンダーのベルト方向表示とサンデ ィングペーパー内側の矢印方向を合わせてください。 4. ベルトテンションレバー(12)を押し下げてベルトを張ります。 5. サンダーのプラグを電源に接続し、 サンダーをしっかりと持ってトリ ガースイッチ (9) を引いて少しベルトを動かします。 6.
インバージョンクランプの使い方 • インバージョンクランプを使用すると、 トリトン76mmベルトサンダ ーを逆さまにセットして使用できます。 サンダーを逆さまにして使用 するには、必ず、作業に適した強さの頑丈で平らな作業台上にしっ かりとクランプで固定されている必要があります。 1. 補助ハンドル (1) を完全に前に倒してロックします。 2. サンダーを逆さまにして、頑丈で平ら な作業台に置きます。作業台の下側も 平らで、Gクランプを差し込んでサンダ ーを固定するのに十分なスペースが 必要です。 3. Gクランプをサンダーの固定用の穴に しっかりと差し込みます。 この時、Gク ランプのうでを作業台の端に押し当て てください。 4. 蝶ネジを締めてサンダーを作業台に確実に固定します。 5. バックストップロックネジ (16) でバックストップ (17) を取り付け ます。 6. バックストップはサンディングベルトよりも上に取り付けられます し、 同じ高さにも取り付けられます。 いずれの場合も、 バックストップ がサンディングベルトに触れないように注意してください。 7.
メンテナンス 警告:点検やメンテナンス、掃除をおこなう場合は、必ずプラグを電源 から抜いておこなってください。 点検 • 全てのネジがしっかりと締まっているかどうか定期的に点検してく ださい。振動によりネジが緩むことがあります。 • 本機の電気コードに擦り切れや損傷がないかどうか使用するたび に点検してください。修理が必要な場合は、 トリトン製品販売店に お問い合わせください。延長コードを使用する場合は、 同様に使用 のたびに点検をしてください。 クリーニング • 電動工具はいつもきれいにしておきましょう。汚れや粉塵は内部 部品の傷みを早め電動工具の寿命を短くします。 やわらかいブラ シや乾いた布を使って機体を掃除してください。可能な場合は、 き れいな乾燥した圧縮空気を通風口に吹き付けて粉塵を取り除い てください。 潤滑剤について 駆動ベルトの交換 注意:このサンダーには交換用の駆動ベルトが付属しています。追加の 交換用駆動ベルトおよびその他の交換用部品はトリトン製品販売店で お求めください。toolsparesonline.comからもお求めいただけます。 1.
