OPERATION UNPACKING YOUR TOOL • Carefully unpack your sander. Ensure all packaging materials are removed and fully familiarise yourself with all features of the product. • If any parts are damaged or missing, have these parts repaired or replaced before use. DUST EXTRACTION • It is recommended that the sander is connected to a vacuum cleaner or dust extractor, using the dust extraction port. This will significantly reduce the dust in the air around the work area.
MAINTENANCE CLEANING • Always keep your machine clean. • Never allow the ventilation holes to become obstructed. • Use a soft brush or dry cloth to clean your sander. If it is available, use clean, dry, compressed air to blow dust out of the ventilation holes. • Take care to clean the machine thoroughly if used for both wood and metal. Sparks from metalwork can easily ignite wood dust. DISPOSAL • Do not dispose of power tools, or other waste electrical and electronic equipment, with household waste.

De machine werkt met een roterende beweging waardoor het onnodig is met de nerf mee te schuren. DE SCHUURBAND VERVANGEN 1. Zorg ervoor dat de stekker uit het stopcontact verwijderd is. 2. Verlos de spanning op de band met behulp van de spanhendel. 3. Plaats een vervangende schuurband met de juiste korrelgrofte.

SUGGERIMENTI UTILI PER UNA CORRETTA LEVIGATURA • Iniziare sempre la levigatura con fogli abrasivi di grana grossa, per poi passare gradualmente a fogli di grana più fine, fino a quando non si è ottenuto il livello di finitura desiderato. • Applicare una pressione moderata sulla levigatrice. Un’eccessiva pressione sulla superficie di lavoro potrebbe causare il surriscaldamento del motore, o il danneggiamento del pezzo in lavorazione. • Levigare in modo uniforme tutta la superficie di lavoro.
