LIMITED WARRANTY CARD
Purchase additional TroposAir Fans for your home and office.
DATE OF PURCHASE
TroposAir warrants the motors of each of its
fans to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. TroposAir will repair, or replace at
the discretion of TroposAir, any motor which has faulty performance, for the Limited Warranty
period(s) stated above, under the following provisions:
Warranty applies to the original purchaser, beginning on the date of purchase. Must be
accompanied by proof of purchase showing date and purchase location. Unless an Outdoor
Warranty is specified above, motor is to be used indoors only.
ONE YEAR COMPONENT WARRANTY: All other components are warranted for a period of
one year; this includes electronic components/controls, glass shades, blades, and cosmetic
irregularities. Light kits and external controls used in conjunction with the fan model are also
warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
An appropriate material and labor charge will be made for repair of any component other than
the motor after the first year. The customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the
removal, reinstallation and shipping of the product for repairs. Return fan, shipping prepaid,
with proof of purchase, to TroposAir, 300 Dunbar Avenue, Oldsmar, Florida 34677-0106.
These warranties will be voided in cases of abuse, misuse, mishandling, improper
installation, modification or service done by non-authorized personnel.
Neither TroposAir nor the manufacturer will assume any liability resulting from improper
installation or use of this product. In no case shall the company be liable for any
consequential damages for breach of this, or any other warranty, express or implied,
whatsoever. This limitation, as to consequential damages, shall not apply in states where
prohibited.
Retain this portion of the card for future reference along with copy of your sales receipt.
