Operating manual – tower fan TVE 40 T
Inserting batteries into the remote control
Remove the battery cover(5) above the remote control's battery
compartment and insert two AAAbatteries(1.5 V).
Note
Do not use rechargeable batteries!
Observe the Technical data chapter for start-up.

Connecting the power cable
• Insert the mains plug into a properly secured mains
socket.

"+" = increasing the fan stage
"-" = reducing the fan stage
stage1 = low fan speed
stage3 = medium fan speed
stage6 = high fan speed
• Setting the number of hours of the
activated timer
10 OSC button Activating and deactivating the
oscillation function
11 ON/OFF button Switching the device on and off
12 MODE button Selecting the operating mode:
normal operation
night mode
natural wind
13 Segment display • Indication of the number of hours of
the activated timer (0.5h to 12h)
• Indication of the fan stage
14 Oscillation

Switching the device on
Once you have completely installed the device as described in
the Start-up chapter, you can switch it on.
1. Press the ON/OFF button(11).
ð An acoustic signal is emitted and the device starts up in
normal operation mode at fan stage1.
