EXTERIOR COLLECTION - PRODUCT WARRANTY
PRODUCT WARRANTY: Troy Lighting, a division of Troy-CSL Lighting, Inc., warrants that its exterior lighting products are free from defect in
material and workmanship. Troy Lighting's obligation is expressly limited to repair or replacement, without charges at Troy Lighting's facility
after prior written return authorization has been granted. In no event shall Troy Lighting's obligation under this warranty extend beyond
initial cost of the product and accordingly, any consequential labor charges or damages arising out of a defect therein are expressly excluded.
This warranty applies only to Troy Lighting’s Exterior Collection
• 12 Years Electrical Sockets and Wiring
• 5 Years Dedicated LED components
• 10 Years Construction Warranty
• 5 Years Coastal Finish (Domestic) Warranty
• 3 Years Polished 316 Stainless Steel Warranty
• 2 Years Finish (Other) Warranty
All warranties apply only to the original end use purchaser of the Troy exterior lighting products. The warranty is non-transferrable. An
original Bill of Sale must be presented with the warranty claim (Model Number and Delivery Date must be verified). The product needs to be
purchased from an authorized Troy Lighting dealer. To obtain warranty service, please contact the dealer that sold you the product. If the
dealer is no longer in business or will not handle the issue, please contact:

Troy Lighting is not responsible or liable for labor or other costs associated with the removal and reinstallation of exterior lighting products or
any damage resulting from such activities. In addition, Troy Lighting is not responsible for shipping and freight expenses required to return
product to the company.
Exclusions to the Warranty
• Products used in commercial applications or projects
• Products installed improperly or products not used for their original intent
• Products that were subject to an accident, negligence, act of nature, or operated improperly
• Products subject to abrasive material, caustic chemical, overspray, or improper cleaning techniques
• Products stored in improper conditions
• Products installed outside of the US and Canada
Finish Details and Exclusions
• Exterior Paint Finishes: Exterior finishes over time are subject to change due to environmental conditions such as direct sunlight,
humidity, and pollutants. These finishes will fade over time and is considered normal and not covered by the warranty.
• Exterior Solid Brass Finishes: Troy Lighting solid brass lanterns are considered living finishes that are designed to naturally age,
darken and to develop a natural patina. Changes to the finish are natural and expected to change over time. Any claims of fading or
discoloration are not covered under the warranty.
• Coastal Finish Lanterns: Troy Lighting Coastal finishes offered on select aluminum lanterns are designed to withstand coastal
conditions for an extended period of time. As with all lanterns, some fading due to sun, humidity and salt are expected and
considered normal. Coastal finishes are offered with an extended warranty period to cover extreme finish fatigue and corrosion.
• 316 Polished Stainless Steel: Troy Lighting polished stainless steel lanterns are constructed out of 316 grade stainless steel. With
normal maintenance, 316 Stainless Steel will endure most coastal environments. Surface rust and corrosion is normal and can be
removed with stainless steel marine cleaning products. The warranty will not cover lanterns that have been improperly maintained.
