PRODUCTGUARANTEE:Troy‐CSLLightingInc.warrantsthatitsproductsarefreefromdefectinmaterialand
workmanship.Troy‐CSLLightingInc.’sobligationisexpresslylimitedtorepairorreplacement,withoutcharge,
atTroy‐CSLLightingInc.’sfactoryafterpriorwrittenreturnauthorizationhasbeengranted,Innoeventshall
Troy
‐CSLLightingInc.’sobligationunderthiswarranty extendbeyondinitialcostoftheproductand
accordingly,anyconsequentiallaborchargesordamagesarisingoutofadefectthereinareexpresslyexcluded.
Thiswarrantyshallalsoapplytooutdoorproductsproducedwithcoastalfinishoption.Thiswarrantyshallnot
applyto
outdoorproductsproducedinpolishedbrassand/orpolishedcopperfinishes(includingaccents)or
productswhichhavebeenalteredorrepairedoutsideofTroy‐CSLLightingInc.’sfactorynorshallitapplyto
defectsforwhichwrittennoticethereofisnotreceivedbyTroy‐CSLLightingIncwithinone(1)year
fromdate
ofpurchase.Thiswarrantyisinlieuofallotherwarranties,expressorimplied,andwithoutlimitingthe
generalityoftheforegoingphrase,excludesanyimpliedwarranty ofmerchantability.
Allsalesarefinal.MerchandisetobereturnedmusthavePRIORWRITTENAPPROVALand
willhaveaminimum50%restocking
charge.Theacceptabilityofitemsforreturnwillbe
atoursolediscretion.
