PRODUCTGUARANTEE:TroyCSLLightingInc.warrantsthatitsproductsarefreefromdefectinmaterialand
workmanship.TroyCSLLightingInc.’sobligationisexpresslylimitedtorepairorreplacement,withoutcharge,
atTroyCSLLightingInc.’sfactoryafterpriorwrittenreturnauthorizationhasbeengranted,Innoeventshall
TroyCSLLightingInc.’sobligationunderthiswarrantyextendbeyondinitialcostoftheproductand
accordingly,anyconsequentiallaborchargesordamagesarisingoutofadefectthereinareexpressly
excluded.Thiswarrantyshallnotapplytooutdoorproductsproducedinpolishedbrassand/orpolished
copperfinishes(includingaccents)orproductswhichhavebeenalteredorrepairedoutsideofTroyCSL
LightingInc.’sfactorynorshallitapplytodefectsforwhichwrittennoticethereofisnotreceivedbyTroyCSL
LightingIncwithinone(1)year
fromdateofpurchase.Thiswarrantyisinlieuofallotherwarranties,express
orimplied,andwithoutlimitingthegeneralityoftheforegoingphrase,excludesanyimpliedwarrantyof
merchantability.
Allsalesarefinal.MerchandisetobereturnedmusthavePRIORWRITTENAPPROVALand
willhaveaminimum50%restockingcharge.Theacceptabilityofitemsforreturnwillbe
atoursolediscretion.
