STEP2:Installlockingtabson3ofthe4framesides.



FilterPad

Step1:Trimplasticgridandfilterpadtofitinsideframe.Measurebyusingtapemeasureatleft.(I.E.–If

yourfiltersizeis16”x25”thentheoutsidedimensionsofyourframeshouldbeapproximately155/8”x

245/8”.Trimfilterpad&plasticgridto

15¼”x24¼”.)

Step2:Usingheavyscissors,butplasticgridandthenfoamfilterpadtosize.



Assembly

Step1:Placeframeonflatsurfacewithlockingtabsupward.

Step2:Insertplasticgridintoframe(flatsideofplasticgridfacesdownandawayfromlockingtabs).

Step3:Installfinallockingtab.

Step4:Turnframe&plasticgridoverandplaceframeonflatsurfacewith

lockingtabsdownward.

Step5:Placefilterpadoverframe.(Greensidedown)

Step6:TuckEdgesoffilterpadintotheframeusingyourfingers.

Step7:Verifyairflowdirectionofsystembeforeinstallingfilter.Placethefilterinyourfurnace/ac

system.Makesuretoinsertthefilterso

thatairflowentersthegreysidefirst.Airshouldexitthefilter

throughthegreensizeofthefilterwiththeplasticgrid.(NOTE:THEGRIDHOLDSTHEPADINPLACEIN

YOURFURNACE/ACSYSTEM.)

STEP 1: Adjust frame to your filter size. You may want to use your old filter as a guide. NOTE: OUTSIDE DEMENSIONS OF FILTERS ARE DOWN SIZED 3/8”, (I.E. – 16” X 25” = “15 5/8” X 24 5/8”). STEP 2: Install locking tabs on 3 of the 4 frame sides. Filter Pad Step 1: Trim plastic grid and filter pad to fit inside frame.
