CHAPTER 2: ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

TREADMILL ASSEMBLY STEPS:
CAUTION:
• Use caution when assembling treadmill. Unpacking
and assembling of this treadmill is a two person task.
• Remove all treadmill components from packaging.
1. Place LH Upright (item 3) into the saddle on the LH
side of the frame (item 1). Install, but do not tighten,
3 bolts (item 9), spring lock washers (item 10), and
flat washers (item 11).
2. Connect the wire from the RH upright (item 17) to the
wire coming from the motor hood compartment
(items 16).
3. Place RH Upright (item 4) into the saddle on the RH
side of the frame (item 1). Install, but do not tighten,
3 bolts (item 9), spring lock washers (item 10), and
flat washers (item 11).
4. Place the display console (item 5) on the uprights and
fasten it with 4 bolts (item 13). Place 4 bolt covers (item
12) into holes of console as shown.
5. Connect the lower control wire coming out of left
upright (item 17) with the upper control wire attached
in the console (item 18). Push the excess wire into the
hole in the upright.
Fasten the wire cover (item 14) with 2 bolts (item 15)
to the upright.
6. Tighten the 6 lower upright bolts from steps 1 & 3.
7. Tighten the 4 screws attaching the motor hood to
the frame.
