No Power
Unit turned o Verify the On/O switch is at the ON position
Damaged power cord Replace power cord
Power cord not fully seated in socket Inspect power connection at the unit and outlet
No power at outlet Using a voltmeter verify power at outlet
Tripped circuit breaker
e location of the circuit breaker is next to the
On/O switch. Verify the circuit breaker is not
open. If the breaker is open reset.
Unit resets or pauses
randomly
Damaged power cord Replace power cord
Power cord not fully seated in socket Inspect power connection at the unit and outlet
Safety e-stop key not fully engaged Re-engage the safety/e-stop key to the console
Insucient power
Verify output voltage from 20A outlet with a
voltmeter
Error code is displayed on console
Contact TRUE Fitness Customer
Pinched or loose main communication cable
No User Present displayed on screen
User weight must be over 90lbs. Verify No
User Present settings in console.
