1 Screw in the first (C) Double End Bolts into
the very first hole (left side) of both
(A) Horizontal Brace Bars
Note: Use flat-head screwdriver to gently tighten

* Assemble Door on a protective surface such as a towel, blanket or carpet. ** Tighten - with 11/16" (17mm) deep Socket Wrench and use the protective (F) Scratch Shield

Place (B) Horizontal Brace Bar (Drilled) through all 6 exposed (C) Double End Bolts and place (D) Washers and (E) Acorn Nuts

Using the (F) Scratch Shield placed over the (E) Acorn Nut, tighten - with 11/16" (17mm) deep Socket Wrench - the first (E) Acorn Nut on both Horizontal Brace Bars

Repeat step 7 on panel (C) Double End Bolts (Right side) Note: only gently hand tighten

Commence tightening** the rest of the (E) Acorn Nuts using (F) Scratch Shield, tightening** both bolts on each plank - working from right to left

Insert Outer Panel over both assembled (C) Double End Bolts

Take Inner Panel and slide into Panel and bring together
making sure Dowel (at bottom) fits into Panel snug

Take 2 (C) Double End Bolts
and screw through Panel
into the (A) Horizontal Brace Bars
Note: Holes on plank and brace
bar should be aligned.
Use flat-head screwdriver
to gently tighten

Press together all the panels into panel until they are tight, place (D) Washers and (E) Acorn Nuts on both Panel Bolts and tighten** them.
