GENERAL INFORMATION General: Remove contents from box and assemble as shown below in Fig. 1. Read and follow instructions for optimum use. Overview: The CH-23 Stand w/Bead Breaker is primarily used in conjunction with mounting the CH-22 Multi-Tire Changer on it. The CH-21 SWATT Changer can also be mounted on it. As a Bead Breaker it’s fully adjustable to accept many ranges of tire sizes and using it is quick, easy and effortless.
INSTRUCTIONS Set-Up Fasten the CH-23 Stand to a solid surface. Use 3/8” hardware to bolt to a cement floor or bolt it to the Floor Plate, option TSI PN 6192. Select an area large enough to maneuver with tires and with enough access to the unit. Insert leverage bar, if necessary adjust shoe height and the unit is ready to use. If using the Platform secure it firmly to cement floor using 3/8” hardware. KEEP MACHINE CLEAN AND FREE OF DEBRIS. DON’T WEAR LOOSE CLOTHING.
