Read ALL instructions before you begin the installation of your

Tsunami Compressed Air Solutions filtration system.

Observe and follow all caution and warning instructions!

!!CAUTION!!

**SYSTEM PRESSURE MUST BE RELEASED

PRIOR TO INSTALLING ANY FILTRATION SYSTEM**

• Maximum operating pressure - 250 PSI

• Maximum operating temperature - 175°F

• Exceeding rated flow rates may result in operating failure

• Failure to follow maintenance instructions could result in

operating failure or product damage

• Always install the filtration system as close as possible to

point of use

• Always install the system with the arrows indicating the

direction of airflow

• Use only appropriate thread sealant on all connection

fittings unless otherwise specified

• Make sure not to over tighten threaded connections as this

may result in the stripping out of the threads and may cause

unnecessary leaking

• Do not alter the filtration system from its original design as

this may cause failure in its operation parameters

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS **SYSTEM PRESSURE MUST BE RELEASED PRIOR TO INSTALLING TSUNAMI COMPRESSED AIR SOLUTIONS FILTRATION SYSTEM** There are 3 options for mounting Tsunami filters and filtration packages OPTION 1 - Mounting directly inline with air system Plumb the Tsunami filter directly inline with your air system piping whereas the support for the airline plumbing supports the Tsunami filter.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS Tsunami Filters and Filtration Packages **SYSTEM PRESSURE MUST BE RELEASED PRIOR TO PERFORMING MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES** Float Drain Replacement Replacing the float drain is a very simple process and takes only minutes. First, remove the bottom cap from the Tsunami filter and then grasp the bottom stem of the float drain and unscrew from bottom cap. Now, install the new float drain into bottom cap and reinstall bottom cap onto filter.

Optional Differential Pressure Indicator Installation When installing the Differential Pressure Indicator (DPI) make sure the flow direction arrow points in the same direction as the directional flow arrows on the Tsunami heads. Remove the plugs on the top of the Tsunami head and install DPI. Use a coin to reduce the risk of over tightening the bolts. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE PLASTIC BOLTS OR YOU WILL BREAK THEM!! This unit is almost always installed on the Tsunami Oil Coalescing Filter.
