TT Time-Triggered
Time-Triggered (TT) Traffic TTEthernet traffic that is used for applications with stringent determinism
and real-time requirements (IEEE 1588-compatible clock synchroniza-
tion service, real-time control [5]). TT traffic guarantees that bandwidth
and latency are predefined for each application. TT traffic is used for
safety-critical aerospace applications that depend on highly reliable com-
munication and have high temporal quality requirements, e.g., closed
loop control systems.
