DESCRIPTION.
The RM 8 tabletop frame contains the power supply with all voltages (+270V, +48V, +15V,
-15V and +12V) necessary for the modules to work. All voltages are stabilized.
The frame is made of electroplated steel sheet to make it rugged and sturdy and with top
and bottom aluminium cover.
It also comes with a module for monitoring all voltages showing that they are present and
correct.
All inputs are female XLR connectors paralleled to a DB25 female connector.
All outputs are male XLR connectors, paralleled to a DB25 female connector.
The two jack socket on the rear panel, gives access to the two control busses for the
compressor interconnection. They are connected in parallel and both are input/output.
They are used when two or more RM 8 are working together. Connection is made with a
standard 1/4" stereo jack/-jack cord (tip: bus 1, ring: bus 2).
The mains voltage can be switched to either 230VAC or 115VAC.
The frame can be configured with any combination of modules.

CM 1A Optical compressor (TUBE-TECH CL 1B)
EM 1A Program equalizer (Pultec EQP 1A)
PM 1A Mic. preamp (TUBE-TECH MP 1A)
