Tuff-Wall Limited Warranty
Tuff-Wall warrants its wall coating system, UV Resistance and Mildew Resistance
for a period of 25 years as follows.
1. Tuff-Wall wall coating system must be properly applied in accordance with
manufacturer’s instructions. Tuff-Wall is warranted only on vertical walls.
2. Substrates must be clean, dry to touch, and free from loose debris that may cause
delimitation.
3. This limited warranty does not cover cracks, crack repair, or crack induced delimitation
that may possibly be caused by freeze/thaw, heaving, hydrostatic pressure or improper
installed substrates.
4. This limited warranty does not cover failure caused by defective substrates, defects in
structure or acts of nature such as fire, hail, wind, or flooding.
5. This limited warranty does not cover damage to product before proper cure time has been
reached.
6. This limited warranty does not cover failure caused by vandalism, maintenance abuse or
neglect.
7. This limited warranty is valid only for Tuff-Wall that is applied to approved surfaces:
such as Dry-wall, Hardy Board, Wood, ruff Paneling, Cinder Block, and Concrete.
8. Tuff-Wall dealer will not be held responsible for accidental or consequential damage not
caused by Tuff-Wall dealer. Tuff-Wall dealer does not offer nor will recognize any other
warranties other than the one contained herein.
9. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights that vary
from state to state.
10. Warranty must be registered within 30 days of purchase in order to be affective. Send
