BASIC OPERATION
CONTROLLER DISPLAY
SET POINT CHANGE
1. Plug in unit into the correct outlet. The power switch is located on the back side of
the unit. Flip the power switch to ON. Display panel should light up if these steps
were correctly followed.
2. The default temperature (“Set Point”) is set to 37ºF (for Refrigerators) and 0ºF
(for Freezers).
3. The compressor is set to automatically cycle based on the cabinet temperature,
and is controlled by the Main PCB (“Controller”).
4. The defrost cycle is set to automatically cycle and is controlled by the Controller,
as well as the door switch.
PROGRAMMING OF SET POINT
(“Set Point” – Cabinet temperature when the compressor is not on)
Our refrigerator compressors will turn on when the return air temperature reaches 40ºF
and above. The compressor will also turn off once the return air temperature reaches 34ºF.
Our freezer compressors will turn on when the return air temperature reaches 3ºF and
above. The compressor will also turn off once the return air temperature reaches -3ºF.
To change the Set Point, please follow the steps below:
1. Hold the “P” button firmly for two (2) seconds and release. The display will show “SP”
and will indicate the current set value and will be in Setting mode.
2. To change the Set Point, press the “UP” button to increase the Set Point, or “DOWN”
to decrease the Set Point.
3. Press the “P” button to save the Set Point value and exit out of Setting mode.

(NOTE: The UP and DOWN keys increase or decrease the value one digit at a time. But if the button
is pressed for more than one second, the values will increase or decrease rapidly. After any of these
buttons are held for longer than two seconds, the values will increases much more rapidly.)
