Standards
Standards
TurningKey’s Standards Tool allows for the use of built-in standards (per state or country, type, subject and
grade level) to create custom lists of standards on which participants can be evaluated. Participants’
results can be reviewed by standards Reports.
Downloading K-12 Standards
Active internet access is required to download the K-12 standards.
How to download K-12 standards...
1 Click Standards on the TurningKey Editor toolbar.
2 Click Add/Remove Standards on the Standards window.
3 Select your State(s).
4 Click Close.
• The selected standards download and the State Selection window closes.
Creating a Custom Standards List
TurningKey allows the creation of a list of standards to suit specific needs. Categories and standards can
be removed using the delete key on the keyboard.
How to create a custom standards list...
1 Click Standards on the Question Editor toolbar.
2 Select the Custom Standards tab.

To remove a set of standards, uncheck the box next
to the state.
