1. If this is not a thin wall mounting, the protective cover (#8) may be removed from the valve body (#3). Please Note: Be sure the valve body is secured to the support cross board for stability. 3 3 2. 3. Leaks underneath handle. Water will not shut off completely. Water temprature can not be adjusted, or no hot or cold water. Lock nut (#6) has come loose or o-ring on cartridge (#4) is dirty or twisted. Rubber valve seat at the base of pressure balance cartridge (#4) is dirty or broken. Dirty cartridge (#4). Revised on 12/19/2018 Tighten the lock nut (#6). Clean or replace o-ring on cartridge (#4). Remove handle and pressure balance cartridge (#4) to check the rubber valve seat. Clean or replace it.
