Install escutcheon (#6) and secure with screws (#4)
and o-ring (#5). Make sure valve is in off position.
Assemble the handle (#3) on the escutcheon (#6),
secure with the set screw (#2) and install the
handle button (#1).

Remove the handle (if already installed) and unscrew the trim cap
and locknut in order to have access to the temperature limiting
device (red cap).
By default, the temperature limiting device is set to the highest
temperature (A). In order to reduce the temperature, remove the
temperature limiting device and turn clockwise to the desired
position (B or C).

Remove handle and pressure balance
cartridge (#12) to check the rubber
valve seat. Clean or replace it.
Turn off water supply. Remove the
cartridge (#12), and clean with a
brush and vinegar water. Reinstall
cartridge (#12). Be sure the
pressure balance metal pistion is
moving freely (located at the
bottom of cartridge(#12).
