Installation Instructions 14. Turn on the hot and cold water and let it run for one minute. This will help clear any debris that may have come loose during installation and prevent the system from becoming clogged. Turn the water off. Troubleshooting If you've followed the Instructions carefully and your faucet still does not work properly, take these corrective steps. Problem Cause Action assembly Leaks underneath the handle The cartridge (#10 or #45} has come loose. Turn off the water supplies. Open the handle assemblies {#57} to release the water pressure, then close the handle assemblies Remove the set screw (#5) and handle assembly Tighten the cartridge {#10 or #45) if loose or replace the cartridge (#10 or #45).
