LIMITED WARRANTY FOR RESIDENTIAL APPLICATIONS*

Limited Lifetime Warranty Coverage

Tuscany® warrants to the original consumer purchaser that its vanity tops, back & side splashes, vessel tops and sinks

(“Product”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is only applicable to

the Product used in residential applications within the United States and is not transferable. Original consumer

purchaser means the person who owns and occupies the home in which the Product is initially installed, or purchases

the dwelling from the builder/contractor/developer and is the first occupant of that dwelling. Additionally, Tuscany

warrants that the Product shall not crack, discolor or chip due to manufacturing defects during the Limited Lifetime

Warranty, provided the Product is maintained in accordance with the installation and maintenance instructions provided

within the original packaging and supplied by Tuscany.

What This Limited Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Lifetime Warranty shall not apply to any defects or damages caused by or resulting from misuse, vandalism,

neglect, improper application, including exposure to corrosive chemicals, improper installation/care/maintenance

(whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person), and alterations/modifications.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty shall not apply to any damages caused by fire, flood, acts of God or nature, acts of war or

any abuse whether accidental or intentional. Additionally, this Limited Lifetime Warranty shall not apply to the

replacement of Product components where damage is caused by normal wear and tear, dirt, lime scale, aggressive water

conditions, or harsh/abrasive cleaners or materials.

Tuscany is not liable for the consequential damages, labor loss, installations, removals, or expense of any nature due to

cost of service calls to diagnose cause of claim or any labor charges to repair and/or replace the Product. This Limited

Lifetime Warranty does not include naturally occurring variations in color and pattern. Please keep in mind that no two

pieces of natural stone will ever be identical due to its naturally occurring stone characteristics and unique appearance.

Some states do not allow exclusions or limitations, and therefore, may not apply to you. This Limited Lifetime Warranty

gives you specific rights, and you may have other legal rights, which may vary from state to state.

Product Warranty Card Registration

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is in lieu of any other express warranties. It is available only by notice, and by completing

and mailing the enclosed Product Warranty Card Registration, along with a copy of the original dated register receipt as

proof of purchase to:

Alternatively, you may contact the Menards® store from where the purchase was made to submit your Warranty Card

and a copy of the original dated register receipt. You may also register your Product online at www.3ssplendidintl.com.

For your Limited Lifetime Warranty to be valid, you will have 60 days from the date of purchase to register your Product.

Warranty Claims** Splendid International shall be notified within 30 days of finding any Product defect or damage prior to its installation for a claim to be valid. To determine the specific Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage for your Product, contact a Customer Service Representative at Splendid International with the Product SKU number, color and size, date of purchase, date of installation, date the defect or damage first appeared, and the retail store name and city where the Product was purchased.
