STEP 3.
1. Insert the rotating sleeve (together with the swing upright) into the lifting upright. (Fig. 6)
2. Put on the rotating lock-plate. (Fig. 7)

1. Put on the cylinder. Lock the cylinder with pins and split pins.( Figs. 8 & 9)
