Gently rotate the tank back and support. Route the
JUICE BOX™ harness between the right fork tube and
the steering stem, over the frame and into the engine
compartment. The harness can be tucked in between the
air box and the frame. (Fig 5)
Pull the brown 16 pin block connector up from behind
the air box, disconnect and connect the JUICE BOX™
connectors to this connector. Route and attach the ground
lead (black wire) to the frame ground under the tank at
the back of the air box. (Fig 6)
Locate the four pin black connector behind battery (Fig
7). Remove male connector. While holding the male
connector with release tab up and the yellow inserts
facing you. Remove the lower left yellow insert and the
upper right yellow insert. Insert supplied pinned jumper
wire into the previous mentioned open sockets until you
hear a click. (Fig 8) The black jumper wire should jump the
light green with dark green tracer wire and the black with
yellow tracer wire on the female socket (Fig 9). Plug back
into female connector.

Warranty
Two Brothers Racing warrants that this product carries a warranty for 2 years from date of purchase against original
defects in materials and workmanship. Should this product fail to perform for either of the above reasons, Two Brothers
Racing will repair or replace it with an equivalent product at no charge, except for postage, to the original retail purchaser.
To obtain the benefits of this warranty, the retail purchaser must return the product and proof of purchase to the place of
original purchase.
We recommend that this performance part be installed by a qualied motorcycle
technician. If you have any doubts as to your ability to install this performance part,
please consult with your local motorcycle dealer. Read all instructions rst before
starting installation. Make sure the vehicle and exhaust system are completely cool
before starting the installation. Also, make sure the vehicle is secure during installation.
Be sure to save all stock components for possible use later.
The Juice Box™ is legal ONLY for closed course race vehicles. The Juice Box™ is not
applicable, nor inteded for use on EMISSIONS CONTROLLED street, highway or off-road
vehicles. The Juice Box™ is not applicable, nor inteded for use on aircraft.

Make sure the vehicle is completely cool before starting
the installation. Also, make sure the vehicle is secure and
will not roll around.
Remove the bolts that secure the right and left tank side
panels. Gently pull the right and left tank side panels off.
(Fig 1)
Remove the front seat by removing the left and right seat
bolts. (Fig 2)
Remove the bolts that secure the steering damper bracket
and tank to the frame near the steering stem. Rotate the
steering damper forward out of the way of the tank. (Fig 3)
Attach the adhesive backed hook and loop material to the
back of the JUICE BOX™ and upper triple clamp. (Fig 4)
