TYPAR building wraps lead
the industry in moisture
management and qualify as a TYPE I Air Barrier, dramatically
reducing wind inltration. Plus, TYPAR building wraps
outperform others in surfactant resistance. Most building
wraps dramatically lose their ability to manage moisture when
exposed to soaps and oils - not TYPAR building wraps.

environment. From freezing rain to searing heat, installers can
count on TYPAR Flashing AT. Specically engineered
for a broad range of temperature applications,
the aggressive adhesive provides maximum
“stick” on OSB, plywood, aluminum, vinyl and
weather resistive barriers. Suitable for installation
down to 0
o
F; and thermally stable up to 180
o
F.
• TYPAR Flashing Flex. This composite, conformable peel-
and-stick ashing seals areas around curved windows, window
anges, sill plates, corners, and joints.
• TYPAR Flashing RA. A versatile, self-adhering ashing with
rubberized asphalt (RA) provides great performance at a great
price.
• TYPAR Construction Tape. Strong, coated polypropylene tape
rmly seals seams and edges. Use on window anges, corners,
joints, and seams, or to repair rips and punctures.
• TYPAR Fasteners. Ideal for use with TYPAR Building Wraps
and Surround SR Roong Underlayment products. Caps seal
out moisture and provide better holding power, making them
a best practice for roong and sidewall applications.
