U-nitt LLC 1-Year Limited Warranty
U-nitt LLC guarantees its products to be free from material and manufacturing defects
for up to ONE year from the date of purchase, given that U-nitt LLC’s directions and
recommended usages were followed, and the product was purchased from U-nitt LLC
directly or from an authorized third party.
This warranty covers material and workmanship defects for the stated period above. U-
nitt LLC will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace, the defective product, or refund the
purchase price the customer paid for the defective product.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCT DAMAGE(S) AS A RESULT
FROM REASONABLE WEAR AND TEAR, FAULTY INSTALLATION, SERVICE, OR
PRODUCT CHANGES CONDUCTED BY UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE PERSONS,
NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENTS, THEFT/VANDALISM, MISUSE, OR EXPOSURE TO
EXTREME ENVIRONMENTAL ELEMENTS OF HEAT, COLD, HUMIDITY,
CORROSIVES OR OTHER ACTS OF GOD/NATURE.
U-nitt LLC shall be held harmless and is not responsible for any damage resulting from
the use of this product, unless required by state law.
To file a warranty claim, please contact the seller of the product within the warranty
period and include the invoice number and/or order ID number and the product
purchase date.
