NOTE: Be sure to record all dives in the Log. Dive log data will

be erased whenever your Data Plus 2 receives factory service.

BATTERY LIFE

Battery consumption rate varies throughout periods of operation, which begin

upon activation and continue for 24 hours after surfacing from a dive. The ex-

act number of dives, or hours of operation, that you will obtain is subject to

variables, such as, temperature, the number of dives conducted during each

operational period, and the frequency and duration that the backlight is used

(excessive use will reduce battery life).

Tests and calculations indicate that a new Tadiran

1/2AA model TL-2150,

.95Ah, 1.0 ma, Lithium battery will maintain unit operation for approximately

350 dive hours (if 1 - 1 hour dive per dive day) to over 700 dive hours (if 2 or

more 1 hour dives per dive day). Yearly replacement is recommended.

NOTE: The disposable battery supplied with the unit is not

covered by the Data Plus 2 limited 2 year warranty.
