• Adjust MSG Tone Volume
1. Press [ ],[ ],[ ],[ ].
2. Use your UP/DOWN [ / ] keys to choose your
MSG tone volume.
3. Press [ ] to save it.
• Adjust Key Tone Volume

2. Use your UP/DOWN [ / ] keys to choose your
key tone volume.
3. Press [ ] to save it.
• Personalize Ringer Volume
You can personalize your ringer volume following these steps.
1. Press MENU [ ]
2. Select Sound by pressing [ ].
3. Select Ringer Volume by pressing [ ], [ ].
4. Use your UP/DOWN [ / ] keys to choose your
ringer volume.
5. Press [ ] to save it.

• Adjust conversation volumes
You can change the volume level on your phone, making
Earpiece and speaker volumes louder or softer.
1.The volume control can be adjusted by accessing the
Menu by pressing [ ] , [ ] button and selecting
Voice by using [ / ], and press [ ].

4. In this submenu, you can control one of various volumes
after selecting one item and using your Up/down
[ / ] keys.
5. If you meet acceptable volume, Press Store [ ] to

You can control the sound volumes on your phone, including the key tone(the sound you
hear when you press a key), the conversation volume (the sound of the other party during a
phone call) and the ring volume of an incoming call and Message tone, Alarm tone.
Your phone includes a phone book that can store up to 99 entries (names and associated
phone numbers). An entry in the phone book consists of a number only, or a name and a
number.
You can set them up for convenient, one-touch or two-touch dialing, and you can store them
as confidential phone numbers.

• Save names and phone numbers
1. Enter a number using keypad on the screen and press
“Store” [ ] to confirm your entry.
2. Enter a name using keypad. Keypad consists of 3
alphabet characters and a single digit number.
For example, a key “ [ ]” on your keypad consists of
A, B, C, and 2. Character will change from A to B, and
to C, then to 2, each time you press the button. Use
Menu button [ ] to choose special characters.
3. Press [ ] to store at an empty location displaying
automatically. You can choose from 01 to 99 for your
hot key dialing. To assign a specific location, press a 2-
digit location number between 01 to 99.
4. To store the number in the next memory location, press
[ or ].
5. Press [ ]. To store the number in confidential, press
[ or ] and select “SECRET”.
6. Press [ ]. You have successfully entered an entry!.

NOTE : If you do not wish to enter a name, just skip over this step.you can only
input 16 letters.
NOTE : If you are selecting a location between 1 and 9 enter zero (0)befor that
number. If there is no empty location, the message “MEMORY(01~99)IS
FULL!” will display.
