Ultrasonic working principle
The ultrasonic sensor enables the robot to virtually see and recognize object, avoid obstacles,
measure distance. The operating range of ultrasonic sensor is 2cm to 450cm.

 Using method:
(1) Supply module with 5V
(2) The output will be 5V while obstacle in range, otherwise it will be 0V
