When the control box is shipped from the factory, the default IP
address is 192.168.1.xxx (The factory IP address of the device has been
marked on the side of the control box). Therefore, to successfully
communicate with the control box, the IPV4 network segment on the
computer must be between 192.168.1.1-192.168.1.255 (cannot be the
same as the IP address tail number of the control box).
● IP Setting
Network and Sharing Center → Ethernet → Properties → IPV4
