Latex Base DRYLOK Masonry Waterproofer
is the manageable way to solve water
seepage problems. Reduces radon gas
penetration by reducing vapor transfer.

White is tintable
Formulated for waterproong all interior,
exterior, above or below grade masonry
walls, cinder and concrete blocks, stucco and
brick, retaining walls, sh ponds, birdbaths,
basement walls and foundations.
Latex DRYLOK may be applied over previous
coatings in sound condition. but the warranty
is void. Not formulated for horizontal
surfaces subject to foot trac.

Tint to light shades with alkali-proof
universal tinting colors. Do not use more
than 2 . oz. of colorant per gallon.
Surface must be clean and free from dirt, dust,
grease, oil, form release compound or paint.
Patch all holes or cracks and the oor/wall
joint with DRYLOK FAST PLUG® or a fast
seing hydraulic cement, and smooth the
patch evenly with the surface around it. Check
the joint where the oor and wall meet and
ll any breaks with DRYLOK FAST PLUG®.
EFFLORESCENCE, a white, powdery,
crystal-like deposit visible on the masonry
surface must be removed.
DRYLOK ETCH or muriatic acid, used
according to manufacturer’s directions, are
eective eorescence removal agents. All
masonry surfaces are subject to occurrences
of efflorescence.
Old paint in poor condition must be
removed by wire-brushing, sand blasting or
by using other suitable means
May be applied on slightly damp surfaces, but
best results are obtained when applied over
dry surfaces. For best waterproong results,
wait for a dry (rain-free) period.
If you scrape, sand, or remove old paint, you
may release lead dust. LEAD IS TOXIC.
EXPOSURE TO LEAD DUST CAN CAUSE
SERIOUS ILLNESS, SUCH AS BRAIN
DAMAGE, ESPECIALLY IN CHILDREN.
PREGNANT WOMEN SHOULD ALSO
AVOID EXPOSURE. Wear a NIOSH-
approved respirator to control lead
exposure. Clean up carefully with a HEPA
vacuum and a wet mop. Before you start,
