the Twin or Left Mono Mode, select "UGREEN HiTune - R" only for Right Mono Mode.
Q3: What is the size of the silicone ear-tips? And why do my earbuds fall out?

The size of the S/M/L ear-tips are 10.5*7mm; 11.5*7mm; 13*7mm.
The ear tips and wearing way will influence the fit and comfort. Please kindly choose the most
suitable ear tips and adjust them to secure the earbuds when wearing to perfectly fit and enjoy.
Q4: Does the earbuds support mic function.
A4: Yes, it supports that.
Q5: Does the earbuds support Noise Canceling?
A5: It supports CVC 8.0 noise canceling, which will reduce the environmental noises and enhance
your voice during the calls, but it doesn’t support active noise canceling, which means it doesn’t
shield the environmental noises when playing audio.
Q6: Does it support touch control and can I adjust the volume up and down on the earbuds?
A6: Yes, it supports touch control, but there is no volume control on these earbuds, so the volume
needs to be adjusted via the connected device or control via the voice assistant.
Q7: Is the earbuds case charged via a USB C cable? Is it included?
A7: Yes, the case is charged via a USB C cable, and it is included.
Q8: How long will it take to fully charge the earbuds case?
