PRODUCT WARRANTY
This faucet is warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Ultra Faucets will
replace, FREE OF CHARGE, during the warranty period, any part which proves defective in material and/or workmanship under
normal installation, use and service. Replacement parts can be obtained from your local dealer listed in the telephone directory or
by returning the part to our factory, TRANSPORTATION CHARGES PREPAID, at the address listed. If a replacement part is needed for
warranty purpose, it will be shipped to customer by UPS ground or equivalent. Any other shipping method will have to be approved
by Ultra, and additional shipping costs covered by the customer. THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO DEFECTIVE PARTS REPLACEMENT
ONLY, LABOR CHARGES AND/OR REPLACEMENT AS WELL AS INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CONNECTED THEREWITH
ARE EXCLUDED. Some states do not allow the exclusion, above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Any damage to this
faucet as a result of misuse, abuse neglects accident, improper installation, or any use that violates the instructions furnished by us
WILL VOID THE WARRANTY. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from
state to state.
LIABILITY
Ultra Faucets’ liability on any claim will be limited to the repair, replacement, or appropriate adjustment where our inspection
reveals any such defects occurring in normal usage, installation and proper care as outlined by us.
RETURNS
An RMA (Returned Merchandize Authorization) must be obtained from Ultra Faucets before returning any merchandize. An original
invoice number and ship date is required to obtain a RMA. Goods returned without a RMA number on the shipping carton will be
refused. Returned goods other than defects will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. No RMA’s may be requested after 30 days of
shipment. All authorized returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original completed Ultra Faucets form. Merchandize must
be resalable and in the original box. Credit will not be issued on improperly packaged goods, regardless of the reason for return.
