Warning: During Installation, Hardware And Small Parts Are Choking Hazards For Young Children. Store
Unused Parts Appropriately Until Assembly Is Completed. Once Assembly Is Completed, Remove Any
Unused Parts From The Play Environment And Dispose/Save Them In A Secure Location. Any bolt end
protruding more than two full threads beyond the face of the nut causes risk of clothing entanglement.
Promptly cut-off flush, file smooth, and treat to prevent corrosion.

Note: Peen Tee-Nuts and Flatwashers to match radius of pipe after assembly is complete.
Note: Loctite (supplied by others) should be used on any non-patch hardware.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
IMPORTANT:
DETERMINE WHICH MOUNTING OPTION YOU ARE USING; SURFACE MOUNT, ONGROUND, OR IN-GROUND.
1. Locate Slide and attach Mounting Bracket using M10 x 20mm B.H.C.S, M12 Lock Washer, and M10 Flat Washer. See Detail 057.
2. Attach Extension Tube to Mounting Bracket using M10 x 35mm B.H.C.S. and M10 Lock Nut. See Detail 014.
NOTE:
DISCARD EXTENSION TUBE IF USING 2" POURED-IN-PLACE OR RUBBER TILE APPLICATIONS AND BOLT MOUNTING
BRACKET DIRECTLY TO FOOTER PLATE.
3. Insert Footer Plate into Extension Tube and secure using M10 x 35mm B.H.C.S. and M10 Lock Nut. See Detail 036.
4. Attach Center Support Post to bottom side of Slide using M10 x 20mm B.H.C.S, M12 Lock Washer, and M10 Flat Washer. See
Detail 062.
5. Attach Footer to Center Support Post using M10 x 35mm B.H.C.S. and M10 Lock Nut. See Detail 028.
