CAR DOLLY OWNER’S MANUAL • DO NOT use without the fenders in place. • Check the tire pressure on the tow vehicle before use. • Hitch the Car Dolly to the tow vehicle before loading the vehicle to be towed. • Whenever possible, park the Car Dolly on a flat, level surface and chock both tires to keep it from moving. • After loading the vehicle to be towed, secure tilt mechanism in towing position. • Secure towed vehicle in place with straps (not included).
CAR DOLLY OWNER’S MANUAL HOW TO INSTALL TRAILER HUBS Step 1 Slide the hub (A10) on the end of Axle (A3). Using a torque wrench, tighten the castle nut (B5) to 30-40 ft.-lbs. Turn hub to ensure proper bearing seating. Loosen the castle nut (B5) until loose enough to turn the castle nut with your fingers. Retighten the castle nut finger tight. Step 2 Install cotter pin (B7) through the hole in the Frame (A3).

Install the Tongue Side Brace (A8) by M12*115 Hex Bolt (B12) with φ12 Flat washer (B15) and M12 Lock Nuts (B16) on Tongue, then by M12*30 Hex Bolt (B9) with φ12 Flat washer 11. Install the Fenders (A6 right & A7 left) on to the axle assembly with ø12 flat washer (B15) and M12 lock nuts (B16). 10. Install the Top Panel (A5) over Ramps (A4) and Axle Assembly. Secure with 1in.*135 hex bolt (B8) with ø12 flat washer (B15) and M12 lock nuts (B16).

Do not use the Car Dolly if the wiring system is not operating properly. CAUTION! Be cautious when backing up with the Car Dolly. 6. When towing long distances, stop and check the tightness of all connections, lug nuts, side running lights and tail lights every 100 miles. 7. CAR DOLLY OWNER’S MANUAL UNHITCHING THE CAR DOLLY FROM THE TOW VEHICLE 1. Disconnect the Tail Light Wiring Assembly from the towing vehicle’s 12 Volt DC system. 2. Unhook the Safety Chains (B19) from the towing vehicle. Wrap the Safety Chains (B19) and the excess wiring from the Tail Lights around the Tow Bar (A2) to keep it secure and out of the way. 3. Pull up on the Trigger and lift up on the Handle. 4. With assistance, lift the Hitch Coupler (A1) off the 2in.
